Line Cook
We're looking for skilled and passionate line cooks to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook at Chuys, you'll be responsible for preparing our signature Tex-Mex dishes using authentic recipes and fresh, quality ingredients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and team coordination are key.
- 1+ year kitchen experience preferred

Server / Waitstaff
Our servers are the face of the Chuys experience. You'll guide guests through our menu, deliver memorable service, and ensure every table leaves happy. If you love people and thrive in an energetic environment, this role is for you. chuy's reputation for warmth and hospitality begins with our incredible server team.

Bar Manager
We're seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, craft our beloved margarita program, and mentor our bartending staff. You'll manage inventory, uphold quality standards, and ensure every guest enjoys the perfect Chuys cocktail experience. This is a senior leadership position with significant responsibility and reward.
- 3+ years bar management experience

Catering Coordinator
Join our events team as a Catering Coordinator and help bring the Chuys experience to corporate events, weddings, and private gatherings across Austin. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate logistics, and ensure flawless execution of every catering order. A passion for hospitality and strong organizational skills are essential.

Dishwasher / Kitchen Support
